29 April 2002 — A new specialised show represented by Paralleli Trade Fairs.
Paralleli Trade Fairs acquired exclusive rights in Italy for another famous show: HOTERES JAPAN, the only specialised trade fair for Hotel and Restaurant Equipment and Fittings in Japan.
Hoteres Japan, held every March in Tokyo Big Sight, celebrated its 30th edition in 2002 and is the biggest event in the industry in the entire Asian continent.
